At PMB Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
